Want to know more about our services? Log into your ServiceNow account, and click ‘Get Help’.
Simply log in to our ServiceNow portal and click ‘Get Help’. We will log the fault and repair it, as soon as possible. Once logged, a new support case will be created, which is bound by our strict SLAs.
If you are an existing customer, you can place an order for a new product or service by contacting your Account Manager. However, if you would prefer to order the solution yourself, you can log into the ServiceNow portal and request an order via ‘Change Services’.
