    What happens if I want to cancel my contract early?

    Just let us know. Any outstanding contractual obligations will be added to your final invoice.

    Can I add additional connections to the contract?

    Yes, just contact your Account Manager.

    If there’s a problem, do I call you or the network?

    Call us. Your account will be managed by your dedicated Account Manager and the First Contact Customer Services Team at Elite.

    What is the benefit of joining Elite rather than going to the network directly?

    Your company will benefit from experienced Account Managers who have access to a huge portfolio of bespoke offerings at cost saving prices. Elite has direct access to the networks and will ensure that any query or question is directed to the correct department to save you any headache.

    What happens if I need a new SIM?

    What happens if I reach my spend cap?

    Once you have reached 100% of your specified cap, you will be prevented from using some of the out-of-bundle services until the start of your next billing month.
