Volunteering
We encourage and empower our employees to volunteer their time and skills to support worthy causes in and out of work hours, offering each employee one paid day per year to dedicate to volunteering. We partner with local charities and organisations to address community needs.
Diversity & Inclusion
We champion diversity and inclusion and an environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and has equal opportunities to thrive. We measure progress and communicate openly with stakeholders and staff, fostering engagement by including them in our journey towards a more inclusive workplace.
Macmillan Coffee Mornings
It’s becoming an annual tradition! Our Macmillan Coffee Morning is always a success, with talented bakers and shop bought treats shared, raising vital funds for this amazing charity.
Cancer Research UK
We’re proud to stand with Cancer Research UK in the fight against cancer, raising vital funds to accelerate breakthroughs in cancer research.
Help The Homeless Chorley
Demonstrating our commitment to the community, we’ve taken part in an initiative to provide and collect canned food and essential outdoor sleeping equipment for those experiencing homelessness in Chorley.
The Big Goal
Passionate about social impact, we joined The Big Goal – a national charity initiative uniting ICT companies to empower disadvantaged youth through football. All founding members entered a team into The Big Goal tournament, with our very own Elite Group FC winning the Northern Regional Tournament.
Everton In The Community
Through The Big Goal, we gained the opportunity to sponsor a Street Soccer Academy – Everton in the Community. We had the chance to meet the participants we supported during their programme, offering them an opportunity to gain further employability skills.
Health & Wellbeing
We prioritise the wellbeing and safety of our employees. Our health and safety policy is regularly reviewed and communicated throughout the business. We support our staff through employee wellness initiatives, encourage work-life balance, flexible working, and provide mental health support and employee assistance programmes.
Tackling Youth Homelessness
Through Football
By joining The Big Goal, we are helping to create lasting change in the lives of disadvantaged young people. Our support enables sponsorship for young people through the Street Soccer Academy, providing them with essential life skills, confidence, and access to education or employment opportunities.
As Founding Members we also participate in a National 5-a-side Tournament, culminating in an unforgettable experience at St. George’s Park – the Home of England Football. Most importantly, we are part of a powerful movement that is creating tangible, positive outcomes for young people across the UK. You too can get involved and make a real difference. Together, we can help end youth homelessness and empower the next generation.

Environmental Responsibility
We are committed to minimising our environmental impact and protecting our planet for future generations. These include improvements to our vehicle fleet, greener energy sources to our buildings, and reducing, reusing, and recycling across all our sites. Here are some of our key sustainability practices:
Reduce Our Carbon Footprint
We are continuously implementing initiatives to reduce our energy consumption. This includes upgrading to LED lighting throughout our offices, investing in installing new electric vehicle (EV) charge points at our Chorley Office and upgrading our car fleet to hybrid upon renewal.
Waste Management Initiatives
We have a comprehensive waste management program in place to minimise waste and promote recycling. This includes providing designated recycling bins, and working closely with Biffa to improve biodiversity and reduce our impact on the planet.
Sustainable Supplier Sourcing
We prioritise working with suppliers and partners who share our commitment to sustainability. We are dedicated to partnering with providers who share our aim of working towards a more sustainable future and helping businesses to become more eco-efficient through digital transformation.
Llay Verge Wrexham
Working with the North Wales Wildlife Trust, we’ve protected hundreds of bee orchids and pyramidals on the road verge next to our former Wrexham office on Llay Industrial Estate.
ISO 14001
We’re proud to announce that we recently achieved the ISO 14001 certification. This demonstrates our commitment to environmental sustainability and responsible business. By achieving this globally recognised standard, we’ve minimise our environmental impact, complying with regulations as we continuously improve our practices.
Cycle to Work Scheme
To encourage eco-friendly commuting and improve employee wellbeing, we offer a Cycle to Work scheme. This helps employees purchase bikes and cycling equipment through a tax-efficient salary sacrifice arrangement, making it easier to choose cycling as a regular mode of transport.
Car Fleet Transition
We’re transitioning our fleet to hybrids, aiming for fully electric vehicles. This will eliminate diesel and petrol use, significantly reducing our transport emissions. We’ll accelerate this shift as the UK’s electric vehicle infrastructure improves.
Employee Volunteering
We believe in giving back to the community and protecting our planet. Our employees have the opportunity to volunteer their time to support local environmental causes. We encourage staff to participate in initiatives such as litter picks, tree planting, and conservation projects.
