What we’re after:

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to work closely with our Brand Manager, supporting NTG, Elite Group, and Netcentrix. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same – you’ll be involved in campaigns, content creation, lead generation, events, and internal communications across three brands.

This role suits a confident, well-organised marketer with a few years’ experience who enjoys working across multiple areas of marketing.

A day in the life of a Marketing Executive looks a little like this:

  • Support planning, delivery, and optimisation of lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
  • Create engaging content for email, social media, websites, blogs, and presentations.
  • Track and analyse performance across all marketing activity, using insights to improve campaigns, content, and engagement.
  • Help plan and deliver customer events and webinars.
  • Support internal communications and Workvivo engagement.
  • Support the Brand Manager in organising internal events, including our bi-annual parties, fundraisers, and team initiatives.
  • Work with agencies and teams to produce branded materials and ensure brand consistency.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Multi-brand or group marketing experience (desirable, not essential).
  • A marketing all-rounder with a few years’ experience who enjoys working across multiple areas of marketing.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Great organisation and time management skills – you’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities and can stay calm when things get busy.
  • Creative and proactive, with the ability to generate ideas and turn them into activity.
  • Confident turning data into insights, tracking campaign performance, and using what you learn to make future activity even better.
  • Comfortable using social media for business, with experience using Canva, Figma, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in B2B or tech sector marketing (desirable, not essential).
